"Good deals that work for me"
I’ve been happy shopping on tfaw.com, mostly because the prices actually feel worth my time. A lot of the comics and collectibles I want are cheaper than what I usually find elsewhere, and the discounts aren’t just some tiny amount that barely matters. Shipping can get a little annoying sometimes, but for me the deals usually balance it out. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
My order showed up fine, so no major complaints there. The box was a little bent though, and there wasn’t much padding inside, which made me assume this is probably just their usual packing style. Luckily the comics weren’t damaged, but I do think the packaging could use a bit more care.

"Not great communication about my order"
My order updates came in late, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really explain much about what was going on. I was kind of left guessing, which was frustrating.

"Easy refund process"
I had to return one comic because it arrived wrong, and Things From Another World handled it quickly. The refund showed up a few days later, and it really wasn’t a hassle at all. Support was polite and got it taken care of, which was helpful.

"Customer service was decent, just a bit slow"
I had to reach out to tfaw.com with a question about my order, and they did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. Once they replied, the answer was helpful enough, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish they’d been a little quicker with the response.

"It works but kinda clunky"
I found what I needed okay, but the site just feels a little clunky overall... checkout especially was kind of annoying and took more effort than it should

"Order was mostly right!"
Overall, my order was pretty much correct... but one item was wrong. Not a huge deal, just a little frustrating!

"Shipping felt much slower than expected"
I was disappointed with how long the shipping took. From my side, it felt like the tracking just sat there for days without much movement, which made the whole wait even more frustrating. Maybe it was just a delivery issue, but based on my experience, I don’t think I’d order again.

"Pretty good stock, mostly"
I usually end up on tfaw.com when I’m hunting for comics that are already sold out everywhere else. To be fair, their stock is solid most of the time, and I’ve definitely grabbed a few back issues I didn’t think I’d find.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that every now and then something shows as available, then it gets delayed or turns out not to be there. I’ll casually blame the inventory system for that one, but overall it’s still not a bad site to use.

"Comic showed up damaged"
I ordered a comic from tfaw.com and, it was disappointing. It arrived with bent corners and a crease right on the cover. The packaging didn’t give me much confidence either—it felt flimsy, like the comic was just thrown in there. If I’m paying for shipping, is it too much to expect it to show up in decent shape? I was really hoping for better, but after this, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Preorders feel a little hit or miss"
I don’t know, preordering here just never feels super reliable to me. I placed one thinking it would be straightforward, and then it kept getting delayed, which got frustrating after a while. I get that delays happen, but when you’re waiting and checking for updates, it starts to feel like maybe I shouldn’t have bothered preordering in the first place.
